Louis the Child is storming into 2017 with new music and tour dates.

Out now on Ultra Music, the Chicago-based duo’s latest release “Love Is Alive” was co-written and co-produced by singer-songwriter Elohim. The dreamy track comes together with a melodic guitar riff layered upon a soothing bassline, underscored by Elohim’s euphonic voice.

Fans can catch “Love Is Alive” along with Louis The Child’s robust catalogue of pop-crossover productions on their springtour which kicked off this week and will stop through 22 US cities over the next two months.

Louis The Child’s mellifluous catalogue of grooves speaks for itself. Earlier this year, the duo saw widespread success with their pop collaboration on “Weekend” with Icona Pop, which received over 1.5 million plays on Soundcloud and quickly climbed the ranks on HypeM. Additionally, the band’s own Freddy Kennett co-wrote The Chainsmokers’ “Closer,” which instantly went on to become the #1 song in the world. The numbers speak volumes, with more than 10 tracks charting at #1 on HypeM and double-digit festival appearances, including the likes of Coachella, Lollapalooza, Electric Zoo and Governors Ball, just to name a few.

An L.A. based one-woman show, ELOHIM is an electronic/alternative act that guarantees to grab your attention and not let go.  She is the entire package – Singer, Songwriter, Musician, Producer, with a unique and intriguing vision for her music. Her live show demonstrates both her musical prowess and ability to connect with fans on a deeper level.
